Welcome to Angel Home! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all associated services, including browsing, purchasing, and interacting with our content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.
1. Access & Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have received parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and when managing your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2. Products
We strive to accurately represent our products online. However, product colors and finishes may vary due to screen settings. All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Custom-made furniture is produced according to client specifications and may differ slightly from reference photos or displays.
3. Orders & Payment

In-stock items require 100% prepayment before delivery.

Custom orders require a 70% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 30% due 10 days before delivery.

Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

All goods remain the property of Warm Glow Goods Wholesalers LLC until paid in full.
Angel Home reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Orders may not be modified or canceled once confirmed, especially custom orders.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for in-stock items with manufacturing defects, reported within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns are not accepted for items with incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact support@angelhomestores.com within the 3-day window.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or access limitations.

Additional charges apply for air freight, manual lifting, or restricted delivery access.

We are not liable for:

Moving existing furniture

Property damage unless caused by company negligence

Delivery failure due to space or access restrictions

Once items are handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
6. Storage Fees

Free storage is provided for 7 calendar days after order readiness.

After 7 days, a fee of 150 AED per cubic meter/day applies.

Delivery will only be scheduled after all outstanding balances, including storage, are paid in full.
7. Custom Orders

Once confirmed, no changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are allowed.

If you supply your own materials, an A4 sample is required for approval.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete specifications from the customer.
8. Prices & Billing
Prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. They exclude VAT, shipping, handling, or additional service charges unless specified.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Angel Home or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Feedback
Any suggestions, reviews, or comments you submit may be used by Angel Home for marketing, service improvements, or promotions without compensation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
